Featherbed Nature Reserve

Although the Featherbed Nature Reserve is not on the East Head, but on the West Head, separated by the strait, this trip is worth mentioning here. It offers a spectacular view of the East Head - and not only of it - in addition to a wonderful walk. The Nature Reserve is private property and can only be visited as part of a guided tour. It starts at the Cruise Café with a boat crossing to the West Head.
