Arrival level

Driveway and off-street parking for 3 to 4 cars. Down external stairs to the front door and entry.

Bedroom 5 (king or twin) and opening to a courtyard with pool access. These 2 rooms share a separate family bathroom with walk in shower. Infinity plunge pool (solar heated) with sun loungers, café table and chairs and magnificent views.

Lower ground level

2 Bedrooms accessed via external staircase. Bedroom 6 (king or twin) with en suite bathroom and walk in shower. Bedroom 7 (double) with en suite bathroom with walk in shower and separate bath. These rooms can be opened to become inter-leading family rooms. Both rooms have lagoon views and private external access via the courtyard garden.
